Delivery Area
We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Shipping Fee
Standard Shipping is 100% free for all orders.
Order Processing & Estimated Delivery Time
Orders placed after 10:00 PM (GMT -6) will be processed the next business day. Total delivery time is divided into two parts:
- Handling Time: 2–3 business days.
- Transit Time: 6–8 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect your sneakers to arrive within 8–11 business days from the time of purchase.
(Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. We will promptly notify you of any unforeseen delays in compliance with FTC guidelines).
Shipping Carriers & Order Tracking
We partner primarily with USPS and FedEx. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information in their system.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Check around your home, building, or with neighbors.
- Contact USPS or FedEx directly using your tracking number.

APO, FPO, DPO Shipping
We proudly ship to military addresses via USPS. Please use the correct format (City: APO/FPO/DPO, State: AA/AE/AP, Country: United States). Delivery to these addresses may take up to 40–45 business days, and tracking updates may be limited once the package enters military areas.
Multiple Addresses
We can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
Tax Policy
Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and current U.S. state and local tax regulations. The total price, including tax, will be clearly displayed before payment.
