How To Cancel My Order?

You have a 2-hour window from the moment you place your order to cancel it. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method, and it may take a few business days to appear in your bank account. After 2 hours, your order may have already been processed and shipped. In this case, please contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we will notify you and guide you through the return process.

How To Return My Order?

You can return all orders within 60 days. Please contact us first to get return instructions.

  • Damaged or defective item: If the product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect or the shipping process, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of mind: If you simply decide you no longer want the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide you with the return address. There are no restocking fees in either case.
