Order Change/Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation Window: You have up to 2 hours from the time of order placement to request a full cancellation. This allows us to intercept your order before it moves into the production or fulfillment phase.

⚠️ Important Note After 2 Hours: If your order has already entered the production or fulfillment phase (meaning it’s being prepared for shipment or has already been handed to the carrier), we are unfortunately unable to cancel it. However, you may still be eligible for a return in accordance with our.

Order Modifications

If you need to make changes to your order, such as switching product variants (e.g., size, color) or correcting product options, we generally recommend canceling the existing order within the 2-hour window and placing a new one with the desired changes.

  • Significant changes are only possible within 2 hours of order placement.

Shipping Address Changes

We understand that shipping addresses may occasionally need to be updated. We can modify your shipping address as long as your order has not yet left our warehouse.
